What is your staff make-up?
In addition to the doctors profiled, we have a staff of 4 Registered Dental Assistants with advanced certificates. Claudia is the front office manager with years of experience in handling the office’s business matters. She is assisted by our receptionist who will pleasantly handle your scheduling needs. Each staff member is certified and selected for their exceptional skills and experience.
Does the office staff speak any other languages?
Yes, we have front and back office staff that speak Spanish.
Do you accept new patient and emergencies?
We are always accepting new patients whether or not they have dental insurance. We do accept most all dental insurances. We also accept emergency patients and will try to have them seen as soon as possible.

Do you see children?
Yes, we do see children of all ages. Drs. Wong and Luu are both great with the kids. If we think the children would be better handled by a pediatric dentist, we work closely with very reputable doctors who we will gladly refer them to.
Are there payment options?
For patients that have dental insurance, our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. Please don’t hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits.

We do offer extended payment plans with no interest based on the applicant’s credit approval. In addition, the office often has a monthly promotional offer for new or existing patients. Please call for details. |
